We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Finance Analyst cum Commercial Electric 2 Wheeler Fleet Operational Manager. Key Responsibilities
Asset Finance Management:

Develop and maintain comprehensive asset finance models to facilitate decision-making processes.

Monitor asset performance, including depreciation, lease terms, and residual values.

Analyse financial data to optimize asset financing structures and minimize costs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with finance agreements and regulatory requirements.
Lending Report Management:

Prepare and review lending reports to track loan performance and repayment trends.

Monitor key metrics such as loan-to-value ratios, debt service coverage ratios, and delinquency rates.

Generate insights from lending reports to inform strategic decisions and mitigate risks.

Liaise with lending institutions to provide timely and accurate information as required.
Commercial Electric 2 Wheeler Fleet Operations:

Oversee the operational management of our commercial electric 2-wheeler fleet.

Coordinate vehicle procurement, maintenance, and disposal activities to optimize fleet efficiency.

Monitor fleet performance metrics, including utilization rates, downtime, and operational costs.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the fleet operations.
Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g.CPA) is a plus.

Proven experience in financial analysis, asset management, or commercial lending roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.

Familiarity with asset finance models, lease accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Prior experience in the electric vehicle industry or fleet management is advantageous but not essential.
